How did you hear about DBS?

Telesales call.

Why did you decide to use them?

Because we are a small marketing team with nine sites but without the resources to 'manage' Yellow Pages and all their foibles

How does the process work?

These days DBS run the whole account (Yellow Pages and BT) on our behalf, from designing the adverts to booking the space and checking the invoices. We are still in control but all we have to do is sign off the artwork and booking form and pay the bills. Their systems seem very robust and when Yellow Pages or The BT Phonebook have made errors, DBS have been able to pin-point them and use their considerable influence to negotiate a very satisfactory compensation on our behalf.

How do you benefit personally by using DBS?

I don't have to fathom out Yellow Pages and The BT Phonebook which saves me time.

Why would you recommend DBS to other companies?

The reason why I would recommend DBS is because they do what they say they'll do and when.
