You pay no charges to receive calls made on an 0844 number "pointed"
at a landline.
In fact, you receive a rebate of 2 pence per minute on all calls to your 0844 number.
An 0844 number is "pointed" at your landline. You can ask us to change where the
0844 number is pointed to which we will do at no charge. There are no charges to
receive an 0844 call - in fact you receive a revenue split of 2 pence + VAT per
minute. There is a one time set up fee of £5 + VAT and £5 + VAT per
month rental. The caller pays a flat rate of 5 pence + VAT per minute when they
dial an 0844 number.
Your 0844 number will automatically follow any diverts set up on your landline.
For example if you routinely divert incoming calls to your mobile when you leave
your office then inbound calls to your landline made on your 0844 phone number will
follow the divert to your mobile.
We have been established for over 20 years and have been awarded the Investors in
People standard.
Your 0844 number is usually connected within one hour if you order online Monday
to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Yes we can, forwarding your calls to a Skype or VOIP number will work the same as
if routing to a landline.

There is no long term contract for our 0844 numbers - only 30 days written notice is needed if you decide to cancel.
