The costs of the calls to our 0800 numbers have been far outweighed by the savings we have made. It was my gut feeling that some directories were not performing well for us but the cost per enquiry data that DBS provided gave me cast iron evidence. I meet with DBS and we are able to cut back on directories that aren't working for us. Kingdom Security have applied the savings made towards the development and marketing of a new website.
