Only you hear the "whisper" - the caller just hears the normal ringtone.
The whisper can be customised to say your business name or it can be as simple as just saying "0800 number".

We can make sure that your business never misses another call with our "Divert on busy or no answer" service.
We work out a plan with you so that your calls are routed if you aren't there or your line is busy.
For example if a call goes to your landline but the line is busy it goes to the next number in your plan.
All you have to do is supply us with the numbers you want in your plan and we do the rest.
If you are away from the office you can still answer a call. Divert on busy or no
answer (DOBNA) allows us to route calls to alternative numbers if you are not available.
This makes your best customer feel happy that you are always available. All you
need to do is supply us with your alternative contact details and we do the rest.

3 - Greeting Message
When your customer calls they are greeted by a message such as:
"Thank you for calling ABC Services, your call is important to us"
…once the message has finished the call will be connected.
DBS telecoms will record a customised greeting for your business.

Most people are familiar with the auto attendant or "PRESS 1 for sales" service.
DBS telecoms records a customised welcome message such as "Thank you for calling abc services" followed by the options "Please Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for Accounts, Press 3 for Customer Service"
When people press the numbers, we can route the calls to specific numbers or if you just want this service to make your company look a little larger than you are, we can route them all to the same number.

6 - Time of Day Routing
Time of day routing allows your calls to follow you.
You can have your calls routed to your office when you are open and to your mobile or voicemail when you are closed.
If you supply us with your opening times and where you want the calls routed, we do the rest.

The DBS fax to email service means your faxes are sent to an email address rather than a fax machine, so they can be collected on your pc or even a smartphone.
The service is green and environmentally friendly as it cuts down on ink and paper.
Also, you can store all your faxes on a PC and delete any junk faxes without having to print them.

We can record all calls received, a selection of calls received or you can choose
when to start recording a call during a conversation. Most of our customers opt
for the record all calls option. When we record a call we forward the recording
to a pre set email address. The recording is sent to you as soon as the call finishes
and you listen to the call through your computer.
