1 - Call Whisper
Call Whisper lets you know what number your customers have called. This means you
can answer your landline or mobile phone in the right way. For example, you advertise
an 0800 number in the Yellow Pages. When a customer dials that 0800 number we play
a short recorded message or “whisper” when you pick up the phone telling you it
is a “call from Yellow Pages”. Ideal for differentiating between business & personal
calls or if you have multiple companies on the same site.

2 - Divert Calls on Busy or No Answer
If you are away from the office you can still answer a call. Divert on busy or no
answer (DOBNA) allows us to route calls to alternative numbers if you are not available.
This makes your best customer feel happy that you are always available. All you
need to do is supply us with your alternative contact details for you and we do
the rest.

3 - Greeting message
When your customer calls they are greeted by a recording such as “Thank
you for calling BUSINESS NAME, your call is important to us and will be answered
shortly” once the message has finished the call will be connected. The greeting
can be set to say whatever you would like.

4 - IVR or Auto Attendant (the service that allows you to press 1 for sales etc)
Have a welcome message “Thank you for calling YOUR BUSINESS NAME” followed
by the options “Please press 1 for sales, Press 2 for Accounts, Press 3 for
Customer Service and press 0 for the main reception. When people press the numbers
we can route the calls to specific numbers or if you just want this service to make
you look bigger than you are, we can route them all to the same number.

5 - Voicemail
If you are busy on other calls or want to take messages when your office is closed
we can provide you with a personalised voicemail box. You will have your own personalised
message and the voicemail recordings will be emailed to you. We can also provide
you with missed call alerts by email – if someone chooses not to leave you
a message we will email their phone number to you so that you can call them back.

6 - Time of Day Routing
You can choose to have your calls routed to your office when you are open and to
your mobile or an out of hours voicemail when you are closed. If you supply us with
your opening times and where you want the calls routed to out of hours we programme
your number to follow you. This routing can be changed at any time if you change
your opening times.

7 - Online Call Statistics
We provide you with the person’s
number who called you, the time of the call, the duration, how quickly you answered
the call, if you missed any calls and much more. This service is perfect for the
company who has advertised an 0800 or 0845 number with someone like Yellow Pages
and would like to know if they are getting a good return on their investment.

8 - Call Queuing
Do you get more calls than you can deal with or is your line permanently engaged?
Our call queuing service stacks up to 50 calls trying to get through to you. While
they are waiting for you we play music, tell them what position they are in the
queue and play comfort messages such as “Your call is important to us”.
As soon as your phone becomes free we pass the next call to you in a split second.

9 - Call Recording (inbound calls)
We can record all calls received, a selection of calls received or you can choose
when to start recording a call during a conversation. Most of our customers opt
for the record all calls option. When we record a call we forward the recording
to a pre set email address. The recording is sent to you as soon as the call finishes
and you listen to the call through your computer.

10 - Call Recording for outbound calls
If you need to record a call that you are making this is the perfect solution. When
you finish your call you will be automatically emailed the call recording. This
service is ideal if you have a dispute with someone and wish to store the call information.
