What is number porting?
Number porting is simply the process of transferring your phone number from your
existing carrier over to us. Some people port their numbers to save money while
others find it more convenient to receive just one bill.

We can port your number if you get your monthly bill from any of these carriers:

If the name at the top of your phone bill isn't in the list above then it doesn't
mean we can't help. Most of the carriers above have "resellers" of their services.
If your reseller is tied to any of the carriers above we should still be able to
port your number.
How do I know if you can save me money?
There are two steps to be taken. First we need to be sure we can port your number
and second we need to see a recent bill.

It would help massively if you fax over a recent bill to us on:

…there's no need for a fancy cover note if you fax over your bill at the
same time you submit the form above to us.
How we port your number
Once we know we can port your number and save you money we will need your authority.
To do this we will need you to download either the Microsoft Word number porting
form document or the Adobe pdf number porting form below.

Word doc
Number porting form - Adobe
pdf
You will now need to print the number porting form onto your letterhead. The easiest
way to do this is to open up the Word document or pdf on your computer screen and
then put some of your company letterhead in your print tray. You will have fun working
out whether to put your letterhead face up or face down in your printer and head
first or feet first. Count this as a learning experience and consider recording
your findings for future generations.
The details on the form have to exactly match the details on the
bill you faxed to us. For this reason we recommend that you just sign the number
porting form and let us fill in the rest. Why go through the hassle of having the
paperwork rejected?
Once you signed the form fax it back to us on
The switchover is seamless and usually takes place overnight.
